COURSE CONTENT  : 

Swim: Swim Etiquette, freestyle technique and drill

Run: Running technique, endurance training.

Transition : Focus on Swim to Run transition technique and practice

Others: Warm up, warm down, nutrition, Circuit training

ENTRY REQUIREMENT :

age 8 – 17: swim 200m or above in freestyle
